Refund policy

We offer a 15-day exchange policy, which means you can exchange your item within 15 days of purchase at any Big Star or Tally Weijl store in Lebanon.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as when purchased 

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Exchanges are only available in-store (Big Star and Tally Weijl locations in Lebanon).

  • No refunds or returns are accepted.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please visit one of our stores with the item and receipt as soon as possible so we can assist you.
